Usually it's writers, poets, musicians and artists that quote about love (I guess they are the experts).
It's interesting that Einstein (a scientist) is quoted about love. Maybe it's because he's a very well known scientist, or maybe he is a romantic at heart? It's interesting because you usually don't hear of scientists quoting about such things.
Most scientists when they quote talk about nature, or scientific creativity, or the imperfection of mankind. Very serious stuff. :)
